COVID-19 Information

We are so excited for you to join us for our wedding in June! In order to keep our family and friends safe and healthy, we will be taking the following precautions during the weekend at Troutbeck.

Please read the below requirements carefully to ensure we can all celebrate safely.

  1. We will be following all New York State and CDC guidelines regarding quarantines and travel advisories. Travelers entering New York from another U.S. state or territory are no longer required to test or quarantine as of April 1, 2021. Quarantine is still recommended for domestic travelers who are not fully vaccinated or have not recovered from COVID-19 in the past three months.

  2. You will be required to test negative for COVID-19 or show proof of vaccination before you are admitted to the grounds. To make this requirement easier for all guests, we will be providing all guests rapid COVID-19 testing upon arrival to Troutbeck. Troutbeck will also require temperature checks upon check-in. Guests must arrive on Friday, June 18th between 3PM and 6PM ET to check in and receive a rapid COVID-19 test.

  3. Troutbeck is ours for the weekend! For the protection and reassurance of all guests, our party will have exclusive use of the Troutbeck grounds during the wedding weekend. We are requiring that all guests stay on property for the duration of the weekend and enjoy the many amenities and onsite activities that Troutbeck has to offer.

  4. Troutbeck is a gorgeous 36-room estate and we know you will enjoy your stay there. Guests will be assigned a room by the Mitchell or Ward family, and rooms will be available to book starting March 1, 2021. Special rates will be offered to our guests, so please email joy@troutbeck.com to book your room.

Once we are all safely together, there will be plenty of food and activities throughout the weekend - tennis, yoga, spa treatments available to book, etc. - and we can’t wait to host you for the weekend!

These guidelines are mandatory for all guests, and may evolve as conditions improve. If you have any questions or concerns about these guidelines, please email Carolyn Mitchell at corningmitchell@icloud.com.
